Carolyn Meinhardt, Founder and CEO. Carolyn
continues to expand the vision for Wordware and is the administrative manager for Wordware. She enjoys meeting customers,
and finding out what their wants and needs are for future enhancements. Carolyn is the original designer and programmer of
the Lunch Cashier System. Her background as a School District Business Manager, Director of Student Accounting Services
for a large and medium-sized school district, Programmer Analyst, and home-maker, have helped prepare her for the wide range

Foecke, Vice President. Jerry is a former director of two large educational
computing cooperatives, where he designed some of the very first student information systems in the country. He assists Carolyn
as needed, and manages the Wordware physical facilities. Janet Sanford, Director of Operations and Business Development. Janet, a former school
business manager (and user of the Lunch Cashier System) was originally recruited by Wordware to work as a trainer and software
tester. Her current duties involve supervising marketing, sales and testing personnel, facilitating marketing projects, directing

with Wordware in 1992. She uses her extensive knowledge and experience of school district needs to assist customers with planning

Service Specialist. Recruited by Wordware in 1995, Lois brings years of experience as a school business assistant and Lunch
Cashier System user, enabling her to do an excellent job assisting customers in their own use of the system. Lois specializes

Service Specialist. Recruited by Wordware in 1997, Sheryl also brings years of experience as a school district Lunch

Service Specialist, Trainer, and Staff Support. Recruited by Wordware in 1998, Jean was a Technology Coordinator at
a school district. Jean wears various hats throughout the year, doing on-site and phone training, presenting at Wordware

Senior IT Specialist. He helps support Wordware's customers, and keeps our ever-expanding internal computer network
and infrastructure running smoothly. Damon has several technical certifications, including MCP from Microsoft in Windows 2000
Professional, an A+ certification from Comp TIA, and from Benchmark in "Custom Help Desk Windows 2000/XP".

Manager. Cindy works as Carolyn's assistant, manages the daily financial work, and in general keeps the offices

Trainer and Development Assistant. Recruited by Wordware in 2002, Barb brings her skills and experience in sales, support
and as a former Lunch Cashier System central operator, to a variety of tasks. She frequently handles telephone training

Jean is the owner of Shawnee Creek Computer Services, OK. Jean's extensive programming experience is used in creating
and adding to the various Windows products offered by Wordware.
Sue Holdridge, Programmer. Sue began working for Wordware in the summer of 2007 as
a programmer. She is involved in new projects for including multi-language features, expansion of the field sizes for our
existing products and several new products. Sue lives in Fort Worth, TX. David Singstock, Sales Consultant. David brings to Wordware over 20 years of sales
and marketing experience. In addition to customer service and sales work, David works with Wordware affiliates and representatives,
