just knew you guys could help me. I have to tell you, my school bought a new software accounting program and in it there
was a lunch module, but I told them I would NOT use it, because I can get help when I need help.
Do you know, I had to call that other company for assistance in the student accounting and it took ONE WEEK for them to get
back to me. Can you imagine if that was my lunch program? Sandy

from Wordware. I have gotten many calls and emails from families who appreciate the convenience of checking their family
account and getting a weekly message from the school. It has cut down on the number of telephone inquiries at our office.

This is our second year with your Lunch Cashier System. It has been one of the best improvements
we made to the lunch program. The parents love having one account for all the children in the school system,
and the students like being able to have their own number, and a sense of responsibility and security that no one else can
use their "lunch ticket". Since putting in the system, the accountability has greatly increased, and with
it, of course, our profits have increased! My trainer was Jean, and she helped to quell any apprehensions I had about
putting in the system. By the end of the training day I felt comfortable using the system and was convinced we
had done the right thing by installing the system. This is our second year, and I still feel the same way. All
of the people in Tech Support have been very helpful when problems have arisen. Annette from Minnesota. Annette recently went through the training on the new Windows version and
she kept repeating a thought, to tell the Wordware programmers that they did an "awesome job!"
with the program. She is very impressed with the look of the Daily Summary, and is very pleased that the Mailing Labels now

faster and easier to use. The reports have more information included on them and are easier to read. The page layout

They have answered every question I have had or have researched the problem to find out the answer. Deb from South Dakota - I was visiting with Mary Clark (Wordware's Workshop
Coordinator) yesterday regarding the upcoming workshops. I want to thank you and your support/technical
staff for the extra steps taken to ensure we are up-to-date with the latest information. Your technical staff

to thank your company for an excellent way for our school to become computerized, in our hot lunch program. Prior to purchasing
your software, we were giving change each day, punching tickets, and receipting money (which included vast amounts of change).
Now, each family in our school has an account, and I've noticed that students are paying mostly by check, and the average
amount put into their accounts has been $20. Guess what? No more vast amounts of change to count
everyday. Your technical support staff, has talked me through many questions, and has shown me several reports,
to which I now have access. Example: A parent of a diabetic child called and wanted to see what her child was purchasing each
day (a la carte items). I was able to print out a list of each item purchased, and for what day it was purchased. The mother
could not believe how many sweets her child was purchasing every day. The child was putting her own money into her account.
THANKS AGAIN! Mary from South Dakota -. I just wanted to thank your company for
the new lunch system. It is just wonderful! I have cut down on the time I spend entering receipts and counting
cash at the end of the day. The one feature that my Superintendent likes is the Free and Reduced
Lunch Application. He used to be the determining official and now because it is included here, I get to
include this in my duties. It is so fast and it prints the parent notice which is time saving. The whole system
is so simple to learn and run. I just love the way the kids can "buy" extra milks on their account. The students just love it, too. They get the biggest kick out of using the keypad and entering
their own numbers. I must say a thing or two about my trainer. She was really wonderful and helpful. She
walked me through everything and even left notes for me to follow. Thank you again for this amazing system. Glenda from Iowa - Thanks for your help with the receipts. Everything
went fine for our first breakfast and for our first run of receipts today even though three out of four of our lunch cashiers

updates are by far, the easiest and quickest to use. Once I read through the documentation, the updates
went on flawlessly. Could you possibly put your updates online to be downloaded and installed so if there were any problems
with the disks that were mailed out, we could quickly and easily get the update installed? Keep up the good work!!

form Minnesota - We have added a la carte items for our students on a cash only basis. They are entered in the
central computer after lunch under add/delete transactions. Is there any way to enter multiple sales this way?
We do not have an a la carte line. Any suggestions? (Editor's
note: Now the a la carte line can work just like a traditional line, but gives you the flexibility of entering
single or multiple cash or charge sales in the serving line. You can continue to use the same equipment and procedures
that you did in the traditional line. Call technical support for assistance in making the change, or check the information

Dakota - I am enclosing the School Lunch Billing Procedure [we] sent to parents in our August/September Newsletter
at the beginning of this school year. This is our second year with Wordware. We have a few parents who have questioned
their billing. I print the detailed statement which I can produce very easily... I would not like going back to billing
parents at the end of the month. It is so nice to get the month-end reports printed in a matter of minutes with so much
information. I can't say enough about your support help. In the beginning I needed alot of help and they never
made me feel my call was not necessary. Your support help will sell your Lunch Cashier System!!! Thanks for all

worry about bringing money or keeping track of it. We like it because we can pull up a form that lists what each student is
eating every day. We can give a parent a print out day-by-day if there's a question. Jackie, Office Bookkeeper - There are fewer deposits, more checks, and it is much
more efficient. Our monthly DPI (Department of Public Education) reports can now be put on the same page for seven
schools. What was once an accounting nightmare, has become EFFICIENCY PLUS. Deanna from Nebraska - The Wordware Program has significantly
reduced the time spent on our lunch program, and is beneficial to both me working directly with the program and

- It is a wonderful time saver and we can tell parents what their kids ate. We have had
good participation and we feel it is a safer environment when they stay on campus. It also keeps track of meals
that are considered 'claimable by the government'. If the students in the a la carte line buy three of the five required
areas we can claim it and get credit. We were never able to keep track before ... I did a lot of looking for 2 years. We chose
the Lunch Cashier System because it had more capabilities ... I have no regret at all. It has saved my staff and me time.
The feedback from parents is wonderful and the secretaries are thrilled. Julie
